M2cuci Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and responsibilities governing the use of the m2cuci platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the m2cuci platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes full effect from the moment you begin using the platform.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. m2cuci reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via in-platform notices.
Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Users must be 18 years and above to register and use this platform.
- Use of the platform is restricted to individuals with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws in their area of residence.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one account that is valid. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
When registering an m2cuci account, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. False or misleading information submitted during registration may result in account termination without prior notice. m2cuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to maintain platform integrity.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities in Platform Use
Users agree not to use the m2cuci platform for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose. In particular, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of automated software, bots or any technical means to manipulate the gaming system or transactions.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the platform's infrastructure.
- Use of illegally obtained funds for deposit or wagering purposes.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it.
- Any action intended to defraud the platform or other users.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All transactions on the m2cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that the amount and transaction details are correct before confirming each payment.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. m2cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by third parties in connection with a transaction are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability Limits & Account Management Policy
Platform Liability Limitation
The m2cuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m2cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system delays or processing errors beyond our reasonable control.
M2cuci makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system updates or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions to the service.
Account Suspension & Closure
M2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision under these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Account closure requested by the user, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the m2cuci platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of m2cuci or its licensed rights holders. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from m2cuci.
Third-Party Links & Services
The m2cuci platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. m2cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security or practices of any such third parties. Users who access third-party services through this platform do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective third party's terms.
Amendments & Applicable Law
M2cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
